Mina Kennedy advises and represents residential and commercial sellers and purchasers. She pursues all aspects of these transactions with her exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail. She also serves as counsel to several Cooperatives and Condominiums in all aspects of their operation: contract negotiation, resident issues and disputes, collections, and litigation.
